"Nicely updated little motel with great location, clean rooms and a very accommodating owner. Remote check in was easy to use and the owner was nearby and always helpful and available for any concerns. The bed was comfortable and absolutely wonderful! The breakfast voucher for the nearby deli was awesome and the sandwiches there are delicious! Though it is an older property and obviously a work in progress, we enjoyed the stay. Location can’t be beat."

"I loved it for my 2 nights--it was clean, it had a good bed, hot water, heat, a/c, fridge, WIFI, huge parking lot, all first floor (I didn't have to haul things a long way from my vehicle), and the price was phenomenal. Also there's an excellent diner down the road on the north end of Saratoga Springs--Triangle Diner. For me, on a work trip, this was 5 star. "Newly acquired motel is being remodeled. Bathroom was newly done and in great shape. Big fridge in the room for our use. Large TV as well. Motel looked like an old motel that needed some updates."
