"First, I'll address 2 negative reviews that I saw and counter with our experience. The first, our room did NOT smell bad at all. And the 2nd, the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! Look y'all, is it a "top tier" hotel/motel? No.... BUT it was EXACTLY what we needed, when we needed it. I couldn't be happier with the stay. "I only stayed one night at The Brittany but I enjoyed it. It's a no frills kind of stay but the room I had was up to date, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Reasonable price too. Exactly what I was looking for. "
