"The staff was friendly and helpful when possible. The location was convenient.
Problems:
1. No outlets or UBS ports near the bed.
2. 1 outlet and no UBS ports on the desk.
3. No safety grab bar in the shower.
4. Hot water temp. in the shower varies.
5. The only ice machine went out of order on 2nd day.
6. No elevator to the 2nd floor.
7. TV displayed images smaller than the full screen, and had distorted sound.
8. Ice bucket nad no plastic lining and no lid.
9. Room did not have digital...

"This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door."

"Beware, The Brooks Motel is a misrepresented, virtual-only motel that doesn't warn it has no front desk or in-person check-in. This concept only works if the tech and the people behind it work, They didn'.
Upon arrival, I had to call, what sounded like, an overseas call center, find a random Expedia email, and fill out an online form. Then I waited 15 minutes for a room code that never arrived. After calling back, the agent's emails failed to reach my email, so she had to text me the info....
