"Room clean, located near airport. Safe deposit box don't work. Room was not clean during my stay which was 3 nights."

"The room was clean and all water and electric devices were functioning. The walls were thin - I could hear the TV coming from next door. I could also hear the door opening and closing from next door. There was sound of machinery from next door. But I got used to it eventually."

"We were told that house keeping would be every other day.....not the we had to ask for towels daily....only time the room was serviced was on the 3rd day about 3pm.....we left Monday.......some staff were very helpful while others were busy in the back office and kept us and phone calls waiting....we will never stay at this hotel again"

"The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"
