"Customer service was excellent , fast and efficient . There was not a wait at check in and we were allowed to check in early. No issues here , you can just hear the water flowing from other rooms loudly. If you don't like sounds it may bother you."

Honestly, it looks like the hotel participates in program to feed homeless people and it is ok, but usually they come after breakfast hours, not during. And also there was a smell of marijuana everywhere and one of the workers smoked on the stairs in our building."

"Room pictures are miss leading to what you get.The pool was ice cold .There is green mold on furniture ,wall, and floor around pool.Metal strips in hallway holding carpet down. Junk laying around parking lot. Somebody's clothes and medical records laying out in parking lot ."
