"Very friendly owner and her friend. Everything was superb except they need to install a double lock on the main doors to the apartments. We had table against the main door in our room. Allthough, we felt safe but out of habit... Staying at various hotels .. we are used to double lock/latch at the top of the door. Will definitely book again"

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
