"We absolutely loved our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Henrietta! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff.
Jordan greeted us upon arrival with a warm smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He provided all the information we needed, made sure we knew about the hotel's amenities, and genuinely asked if we had any questions or needed anything else. His friendly and professional attitude set the tone for our entire stay.
The young lady working at breakfast was equally wonderful—kind, attentive, and very accommodating. She made everyone feel welcome and kept the breakfast area running smoothly.
What impressed us the most, however, was the kindness of Alvin, the hotel manager. While we were having breakfast, a group of children noticed a couple of baby birds that had fallen under a tree. Alvin immediately came outside with another staff member, carefully placed the little birds into a small basket, and gently returned them to their nest in the tree. He took the time to reassure the children and showed such compassion and patience. It was one of those small but unforgettable moments that speaks volumes about a person's character.
