"While the price of a one night stay was rather reasonable, Wyndham needs to do a much better job with on site appearance & maintenance. I stayed at this site the night before my retreat AND the night after in 2 different rooms. First stay: when I sat on the toilet, a sudden jolt as the toilet was NOT fully attached to the floor! "A nice place overall with a special historic feel. Friendly staff, clean place with all basics you need. The pool was not open (even though it was past Memorial Day) and the refrigerator door did not close tightly."

"I got bit by bedbugs while staying there for the night. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment."

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."

"The hotel changed my room without letting me know and then would not accommodate to get me back to the room I originally booked. They cited that it is their policy if si book through Expedia. The hotel is brand new and is still in the cleaning process of the construction stage."
