"Place was run by Clowns. Sent me to my room and the door wouldn’t open, the safety bar was engaged. Carried my luggage back downstairs and they wanted to see for themselves. Took luggage back upstairs so they could go back downstairs and get a card key to another room.
TV remote wasn’t working. Notice on screen said to contact front desk if not working. They sent someone up who was eating a snack from a bag. Very unprofessional. They told me people steel the TV remotes so they don’t work and...

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."
