"Staff is really lovely, breakfast is very well done. Nice grounds but the building itself is looking like it needs some TLC on the exterior and our room (Kyoto) definitely needs updating and particularly a new mattress. Some of the other rooms looked much nicer when we were able to peek in. Overall cleanliness was good. Really nice 24-hour coffee/tea/hot water set up and spacious common rooms downstairs."

"the minute we arrived the host was helpful, and very nice. He even asked if we needed dinner reservations. The room was clean and pristine. the breakfast was excellent. the host was very cordial and helpful. would definitely recommend. would definitely stay again if in that area"

"Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money "
