Great location with beautiful views of the river. Walking distance to a varied selection of restaurants, cafes and takeaway as well as the supermarket, plus The Lagoon for a swim, the library and art gallery and plenty of parkland. Apartment was clean, spacious and kitchen functional.

The outlook over the river was very pleasant and relaxing. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Having secure parking was a big plus.

We were staying for a local football competition so it was ideally located for our stay, spacious, had everything we needed for a long stay. Only criticism was the shower doors leaked water on the floor a lot.

Great walking tracks, sporting and library facilities close by. Unit itself had stained carpet and a bedroom air conditioner that was so loud it prevented sleep. Light shines through the bedroom window due to very bright all night lights on outside verandah. The unit looks tired and dated.

Had a wonderful stay. 4 nights. Close to everything we wanted. Some reviews mentioned road noises. I only heard a emergency vehicle go pass on 2 nights, but in Kitchen. Couldn't hear any noise in main bedroom.

Lovely outlook over the Ross River. Near main road with some traffic noise. Security is good. Rooms only serviced once per week so you need to ask at reception for additional servicing at no additional cost.

Fabulous location in Townsville.

Great location. We asked to move to another apartment as ours was very noisy. We were close to the hwy. The staff were fabulous and moved us to a much quieter apartment facing the river. We also asked for a late check-out which was accepted. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the Riverway lagoon. A must if you’re staying in the area. It’s free with great facilities.The library is next door with a good cafe.

Efficient apartment close to everything we were interested in. Nice to have a washer & dryer but instructions on how to work them would have been appreciated. Had to learn by trial and error. Appreciated the on-site parking but next time we will rent a smaller vehicle. Our large car was a tight fit. Also appreciated the extensive walking paths near the facility. We took long walks every day.

Excellent Location

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Riverstage Stadium and the accommodation was only a five minute walk away. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious with a big balcony overlooking the river. It was very clean, apart from the bathroom which was a bit grimy. There was also hair behind the door. We had an undercover parking spot opposite the door to the building, which was included in the room rate. There is a cafe a short walk away (a couple of minutes) which is operated by the apartment complex, and very reasonably priced with great coffee. We would stay here again if needing accommodation in this area. Overall, it was good value.

Check in was a breeze with great people in the reception. Parking was so handy for the car with a nice view their cafe is also good , you need to know this as Townsville has few good coffee spots. Great location well appointed room that had everything
