We didn’t use all of the amenities offered, but the open air bath was very nice and the traditional tatami and futon were also like sleeping on a dream. We loved the riverside view and waking up to the sounds of the people in the morning!"

"Very clean room including the bathroom and shower considering it is shared. The staff was very nice and accommodating towards us even as foreigners. Staying at a ryokan is a bit of a culture shock but after the first night it you warm up to it and get a great experience. Food was also delicious."
