"The location is wonderful for airport travel. Unfortunately, the hotel is now quite old and is beginning to show a lot of where. The rooms are nice and the beds are nice, but just everything’s a bit worn."

"The room was beautiful. However, once I got there, the three main things why I booked a hotel was not offered. This was very concerning coming from the state of Nebraska, especially when I called numerous of times with the same three questions to make sure I wanted to keep this reservation to match my needs of traveling. The front desk was able to meet one out of the three needs and I believe that was because the elevator was broke and due to me only stand one night. Once again, the room was fantastic which makes me want to book again because I have zero issues with the room. I’m more concerned of the lack of customer service. You can tell they was towards the end of the shift because once staff change, I have phenomenal customer service. First impressions speaks , first impression of customer service horrible. First impression of the room, Lovely. I wanted to leave due to the customer service however once again from Nebraska and only stay at one night. It was best that I just continue with my booking that was fully paid before checking in compared to trying to overly stress to book another hotel. I give credit or credit is due, which is another reason why I want to highlight that the room itself was lovely, fantastic, felt welcoming, , felt like home."

"It is impossible to talk to a person at the desk via phone. Whether you're calling from outside the hotel, or even on the phone in the room, you are automatically routed to an AI bot who will supposedly route you to a live person--but no one answers the phone, and then you just get disconnected. If you have an issue, just go directly to the desk in person. All but two of the the front desk staff encountered acted as though I was inconveniencing them by asking a question. Two of the front desk team were very friendly and helpful. On the plus side, the location was great, the room was comfortable, and we were put in a new room when the A/C wasn't working in our original room. The shuttle service was great, as was the breakfast each morning. Depending upon what you value in a hotel stay, this hotel could be seen as great/exceptional--but the communication challenges took away from the experience."

"Long story short EVERYTIME I’ve traveled to LA I stay here that should tell you enough! 5 stars!"

"They had dishes outside the bedrooms on some of them and lasted almost 2 days there. In our room the carpet was outdated and my daughter got poked and then i did too , cause we didn't know that there was nails on the carpets at the end of it. It was horrible. Beds weren't comfortable either . I do not recommend this hotel to No one."
