"It was cardboard and electric tape holding the elevator buttons. Once I came up to my floor there was caution tape covering something near the elevator. I don’t know if maybe they were undergoing repairs or remodeling but I definitely didn’t expect that. Towels were dirty with back spots on them. Overall though it was livable I only needed 2 nights for the weekend. Probably less likely to book here again. It was decent."

"Please call me for details. I checked in at 1230am and the toilet continued to fill up water into the tank ALL night causing a horrible nights sleep. Maintenance man came at 930am and “repaired” it. I called back 15 min later to relayed my concern of the issue not being repaired properly. 2 maintenance men now returned with a new part to repair the issue. Left a mess In the bathroom for me to clean up. Spoke to 2 different managers, first one is horrible with a poor attitude. Second manager Dani was much more tolerable. The staff is rated a D- and should’ve lower but the manager Dani did attempt to help a guest with his complaints but not much help. Stay away, you have been warned "

"It can be noisy and we had no shampoo in the bathroom. Overall the staff was very kind."

"Recently updated rooms. Close to LAX and great staff. I was sad that they were cashless but did not have a digital way to tip housekeeping staff like in other establishments. Otherwise, a very good stay."
