"The staff was really bad, the phone didnt work to call the front desk to get them to tell the person above me from stomping till 3 am. I had to go downstairs and sleep in the lobby till the night shifts system came backup. after changing rooms and leaving message on check out for the manage to call me nothing no response no call no consideration to fix the problem other then a 12 dollar food voucher but the restaurant wasnt open"

"There was garbage in the can in bathroom that wasent mine. So one wonders what else they missed. "

"Breakfast was ok. They said they change out the menu everyday and they didn’t. There was a lot of Muslim guests and pork was served most of the time. The staff were great. They kept the door open and it was cold and no one was eating out there. "

"Hotel shuttle is around the clock and the restaurant is open until 11 pm are very helpful."

"The staff was great, the front desk staff were great, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The morning staff were just as accommodating. The bartender Amber was outstanding, she was very engaging and very friendly. The breakfast server was also very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Great job!!! We will be back!!"

"Convenient location for 1 night when connecting flights. Staff was very nice, and beds were comfortable but the carpet in the hallway was pretty filthy and the rooms could use an update. Otherwise it was just fine for our needs."
