This is our second time staying here and we are very happy with how fast the shuttle comes to pick you up. The check in was very fast no lines or waiting. The Suite was excellent- clean, roomy and quiet! AC worked excellent as well. This is a vey well run Hyatt Regency. We plan to stay here anytime we travel through LA.
