"My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well. "We actually stayed at this property 2 weekends in a row, while I had 2 broken legs. The property manager was very accommodating when I asked for a ground floor room. In fact, she saw our reservation for the second weekend we were there, and put us in a handicap accessible room so I could get around easier. The check-in/out processes were very easy and quick. We won’t hesitate to stay at this location in the future."
