"Looks great but staff were neither plentiful nor helpful. No pool towels, pool was not very clean, staff were not helpful. Ate in the bar, one staff person who said literally said nothing to us. Took our order, returned with bar snacks (congealed to each other) and a basket of dry bread and the bill. ..."
