However a major road was closed nearbtge hotel and we were not warned about his in any way and when we encountered it we were directed to a different route by the police which was the scariest route I have taken in my life of 45 mins of pure hell and my husband is a very confident driver. We then found out from the restaurant were visiting that our hotel had a private safe route which no one bothered to tell us about. When challenged by this later the reception staff of 2 men doged every way to apologise or to take any responsibility which was disgraceful "

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were excellent. It is a smaller hotel in a rural type town and you got that small town care from the staff. They provided us with a triple room so we could have a double bed and helped make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with fresh fried eggs and a good selection of breads and other items.
