"Room was clean. Temperature thruout hotel was cool and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My husband said the "to order" breakfast was THE BEST breakfast in a hotel he has had and the price was very reasonable. We walked to Pearl street mall, 1.3 mile via Canyon, a safe walkway the entire way. The elevator was a little confusing coming back from a great little pool. The time on the QR code for pool hours said 7 am but when I got there, it was posted 8 am."

"Very fun theme and hangout area. The rooms were cute and we liked the blankets, but the walls were a little thin. It's very close to the downtown area and it was an easy walk to the Denver airport shuttle."

The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

"Patty and Tiffany are amazing. We had travel issues with two kids and they went out of their way to fix things. Made a hard time easier. The location of the place is great. Across from an awesome creek. Charming little motel."

"Nice newer place in a great location, but a very firm bed and towels/wash clothes that were very thin, which makes them seem not the nicest quality. Will be interesting to see how it holds up as it ages."
