This place was amazing. Easy to find. Parking is nearby. It's also in a good location to walk around the shops and restaurants. The terrace on the top of the building is relaxing. This is a place I would recommend and I would stay at again.

Dejlig hotel med små lejligheder.

Vores hotel var meget behjælpelig med flere ting. Hotellet var rent og pænt. Vi boede midt i det historiske distrikt, så nemt at komme ned i byen. Vi kan anbefale stedet til andre.

Hotel/appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, ottima posizione per visitare il centro con i suoi vari ed ottimi ristoranti, sia il porto per gli imbarchi per le isole. Suggerimenti...tende più oscuranti e per risparmio di acqua, elettricità, ecc... mettere degli avvisi sui lavaggio asciugamani, per evitare sprechi.A noi sono stati lavati dopo solo un giorno, quindi non ancora sporchi, sebbene fossero regolarmente. appesi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Everything we needed

Stay was everything we needed. Kitchen area was enough to allow us to have a couple dinners in after a long day out on our feet. Unsure if it was because we didn’t know how to ask but did not have turn down service during our week stay. Wasn’t a big deal since we spent most of our time out but would have been nice. Location is very nice! Close to the free parking and the city center. You can sit and watch the harbor area on a shaded bench just outside. Free internet worked well when we needed it. Plenty of kitchen supplies for meals. Everything in the room seemed new and well kept.

We had called Palazzo dei Corsari 3-4 times prior to arrival from our previous hotel to provide them with travel information they were requesting such as mode of transportation on arrival, time of arrival, phone number, etc... That was all meaningless because we informed them we were arriving around 12:30 pm with the Bus from Sciacca to Trapani. We asked if they can pick us up at the bus station which is 5 min from their residence. They said yes. We called when we arrived in the Trapani bus station and they informed us that they can only pick us up at 3:30pm. We were extremely disappointed that they would make us wait 3 hours with luggage in town especially after we made prior arrangements. After lunch, we called around 4 pm, after waiting for another half hour because they had not picked us up at bus station. We asked a man to call for us since we had no phone service and they advised him that we had no reservation for pick up and that we had to walk with luggage to hotel in extreme heat. They also advertise shuttle service to airport. The airport is much further than the bus station. When I asked about shuttle service to airport upon leaving, receptionist informed me we had to take a taxi or bus. No shuttle provided. We were happy we only made reservation for 1 night.

Attenti al check in!

Ho sbagliato a non tener conto dei commenti che evidenziavano il problema del check in, e pur essendo arrivati alle 16.30, durante l'orario di apertura della reception indicato nella mail di conferma, abbiamo trovato chiuso. Nessuno ha risposto alle nostre chiamate al fisso e al cellulare (che risultavano staccati). Il ristorante all'angolo cui si diceva di chiedere informazioni era chiuso per ristrutturazione. Ci siamo armati di pazienza e abbiamo passeggiato per Trapani fino alle 18,30, continuando a telefonare e scrivere mail. Infatti dopo due ore dal nostro arrivo, finalmente il titolare ha risposto al telefono dicendo che era raffeddato ed era andato a riposare! Inutile arrabbiarsi con quell'uomo avanti negli anni e con idee tutte sue su tutto. La camera è spaziosa ( è un residence), discretamente pulita, sita in un palazzo in pieno centro. Per far salire l'ascensore bisogna tener premuto il tasto fino al piano desiderato. Personalmente per qualche euro in più ho dormito in posti più gradevoli e soprattutto non ho mai avuto problemi di check in. Preferisco gli hotel con personale qualificato e Trapani ne è piena. Inviterei anche i motori di ricerca degli hotel a fare attenzione alle problematiche come quella che ho appena segnalato perché quando si viaggia è necessario avere la possibilità di prenotare un hotel alternativo se si verificano dei problemi con la prenotazione.

God service fra hyggelig personell.

Da vi kom til hotellet fikk vi et rom uten balkong selv om vi hadde bestilt med. Den svært hyggelige resepsjonisten tok grep da vi viste den bekreftede utskriften av bestillingen. Han ordnet det slik at vi fikk et rom med egen takterasse. Vi ble kjempefornøyde. Ellers også var denne resepsjonisten alltid serviceinnstilt, smilende og hjalp oss med alt vi spurte om. Også resten av personalet var veldig hyggelige. Sengene var komfortable, kjøkkenet ok utstyrt og vi ble aldri forstyrret av bråk. Anbefales.

Check in da dimenticare

Arrivo previsto per fine mattina, chiamo il numero di telefono mobile e l'interlocutore con tono di sufficienza mi comunica che il Check-in è possibile solo dalle ore 15:30. Alle 15:30 mi presento al residence ma trovo chiuso. Telefono nuovamente e mi viene risposto, con altrettanta sufficienza, da parte dello stesso interlocutore che era sabato, che lui era impegnato alla dogana(???) e che qualcuno prima o poi sarebbe arrivato. Per fortuna dopo un quarto d'ora è arrivato qualcuno e finalmente ho potuto effettuare il Check-in. Per il resto tutto ok. Camera in ordine, buona pulizia, posizione centrale. Decisamente migliorabile l'accoglienza telefonica.
