I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. On the morning of August 30, I discovered there was no running water—the bathroom faucet was completely dry. "Excellent .Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were easy. But when something unfortunate happens, as it did during our stay , me and my friend trapped in elevator. I pushed the button to go up, and 2 seconds later.. the elevator jolted.. We were stuck! (1st time) It was truly the scariest 10-15 mins of my life. Good thing I'm with my friend and not alone lol , and we don't have Claustrophobia. Kudos to the maintenance team who respond right away . "
