"It was nice and clean. But no free parking. No breakfast. There was pistachio latte advertising inside elevator. But they can’t prepare it in Starbucks. Not easy to sign in Wifi. No Netflix, you must sign into your own account. It takes time. "

"I booked through expedia.com who reserved the wrong room. When i got there i was told they were sold out deal with it for days i requested to be moved and was told no until one of employees nice gentleman name look switched my room wich I was greatfull for but then I called Expedia back to let them know what was going on they gladly lied said they would comp me 3 days stays then when they contacted the hotel the lady maid all kinds of accusations and threw me out of the hotel not only threw me...

The staff went over and beyond, the breakfast was really good even down to making your own waffles! Every destination was close by. "When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up...

"Breakfast had a variety, which was nice. Room was clean. Location and parking was in a nice safe area. Bathroom could use upgrades but everything worked as it should. We would stay there again if in the area. "

"I would have rated it higher except for the Manager Caitlin. Her attitude is of a correctional officer where the guests don’t have a choice where they stay. She should not work in the hospitality industry whatsoever, she’s rude, abrupt, and needs to realize guests have choices where we spend our money. She might have won the battle, but she definitely lost this war. I recommend to her that she should never speak to guests again, doubtful it will stick. Good luck, stay at your own risk. "

"Room was gross. Weird large table in the room clearly being stored in there forsome reason since it was wrapped with a Moving blanket. Shower was gross and would not drain the shower pan filled up and ran over onto the floor which would explain the state of the door. Swolen and gross. Took about 40 min to drain. I had to use almost all my towels for the floor. Towels were thin and cheap. I would like at least 40% of my money back. "

"There is a space between the door and the floor so you can hear everything on the in the hallway and if you swing your foot to hit the bed, there’s some metal aluminum frame makes us loud awful sound. I’ve never seen that before in a hotel they can’t put a regular bedframe."

"Room was very clean, parking was easy and ac kept room cold. Just wish they would remove carpets from rooms and install same lvp from hall ways, it would help with slight smell of closed room. Windoes didnt open (my room was on the 1st floor) and that im sure is for safery reasons. Overall very good for the price and I would definitely return."

"room was clean, carpets in stairs were a disaster, elevator was broken, so moving up and down from the 4th floor was cumbersome, and the spa tub jets wouldn't work."
