"Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato...

"The room and bathroom were amazingly clean. The view of the mountains and lake were breathtaking. What a nice hidden gem. What would make this property even more perfect is if there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and laundering facilities inclusive of an iron and ironing board. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It would be nice if the larger rooms (party of 3-4) were lake facing too. The lake view rooms were limited to double and single occupancy."

Avevo chiesto a Hotels.com di cancellare senza penale visto che sono un cliente assiduo e nessuno dell hotel ha risposto alla loro chiamata. Inoltre avevo scelto di pagare la seconda camera in struttura perche era per un altra persona e al mattino mi avevano gia addebitato anche la 2a camera nella mia carta. La struttura è discreta, colazione buona."
