When I checked in, I asked for an itemized receipt so I could understand where the extra charge came from, but the staff told me it would only be available at check-out. When I checked out, I asked for the receipt again. This time, I was told it would be emailed to me automatically around noon. I never received it. I've contacted the hotel multiple times since then, but they haven't...

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The in-lobby bar was convenient for watching FIFA World Cup games. The air conditioning was a Godsend during the heat wave. My one complaint is that the room could have been cleaner. Particularly the desk, underneath the desk, and the curtains. The curtains especially really required a deep cleaning."
