"Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions...

I thought we were getting a room with a balcony, but we only got a room with a window. Management said the class of room I booked included either a window or Juliet balcony or balcony, and that this info was made clear to Expedia before Expedia listed then on their site.
