This hotel was in a great location. It is close to the mall/shopping area, but also not a very far drive to the downtown area. It is essentially brand new and extremely clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for some other hotel guests who were there. We would definitely stay here again!

the checkin provided us with an excellent room near the door to the parking lot. very convenient in and out. i wish the hotel had a sign out on M-37. At the driveway, possibly place a marker. My 2nd time here, and missed driveway only once.

Beautiful updated hotel

This stay was excellent from the check-in all the way to the checkout. The lady at the check-in desk was extremely sweet and very friendly. We had breakfast and it was very good, but the kitchen manager by the name of Karm was extremely sweet and very helpful in helping us with our day. Extremely clean and updated rooms. My only suggestion would be to get better pillows. Very large TV in the room with my name on the TV as I arrived saying welcome Doyle. I would just say that the most important thing about a stay is how were the beds and how did you sleep. Be sure to get updated pillows in the room would be my suggestion. Other than that excellent.
