"Most rooms don’t have a balcony ! But otherwise great property, located right above a an evening pub but no noise issues, just across the bridge from a main strip but in a less busy with many cafe/restaurant just down the road. I’m not sure how cooling goes in the summer I was there in April and a fan/open window was sufficient . Felt safe and away from the hustle but easy to join if desired "

"Really liked the hotel, it’s on a quiet street, but very close to everything, like 10 min walk to St Marco plaza. It is very clean, good breakfast., helpful staff. We stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel - excellent for the money we payed"

"We arrived to the room simple enough after getting off the Aguilana. It was a short 8 minute walk. We were greeted by Enrico and he was pleasant. We were excorted by a porter who took our bags to the room. We stayed in the Annex, which is out the door to the left or to the right behind the main hotel and bakery. It was easy enough to find. You used your key card and entered. They have a small elevator to take you to your roo. The room is large enough for two people. We chose the double bed...
