"Stayed in one of the apartments. Was huge, well equipped, clean and excellent location. The hotel staff can not do enough for you. Spa is brilliant, all facilities excellent, and 10/10 breakfast. Love the txting service where you can txt reception if you need anything. Apartments are directly above the pub which is great. Only 1 issue, wish we stayed longer. Will be back for sure x"

"everything was clean and spotless , first night we had a meal in the restaurant which was was very , retread back to the bar which had a great hot open fire , are room was spotless and the staff where friendly and helpful , will return at some stage , highly recommend "

"Have stayed at Briery Wood many times over the last 7 years or so. Consistently good, spotless bathrooms, fabulous breakfast and really excellent restaurant. Reasonably priced for the terrific standard. But the staff are exceptional. Friendly, professional and well trained. We like that they keep the staff on through the winter and chatting with the housekeeper found she is in her 21st year. Many of the others there 10 years +. That says a lot about a business for me. Also very dog friendly, plenty of parking and stunning gardens to walk your pooch x "
