"We had a “cosy” room which was fine in terms of size for what we needed. However the room was right at the back of the building and accessed via 7 sets of stairs (6 up and 1 down) and 6 fire doors. As we were taken further and further into the warren we started laughing it was so ridiculous! It was also over the open entrance to the adjacent pub, The Harbour Inn. This is a very busy place with live music for the two nights we stayed. After the music finished there is a crowd outside the pub...

"Lovely stay at St.Moritz! A lot bigger than we realised but very nice. Lovely clean room & excellent bathroom. Everything we needed. Lovely fresh milk, quality biscuits and water in the fridge. It is called a cosy room but it was a lovely, well laid out room and the bathroom & shower was a good size. "We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...
