"The apartment was spotless and in a great location for shops/bars/eateries and of course the station, a 1 minute walk, and Spooners, the station bar and restaurant. Really good breakfast in there and the rest of the food was really nice. Great views from upstairs in the lounge/ kitchen. Everything we needed was there and lovely touch with the milk in the fridge and the Welsh cakes. They were lovely but couldnt find anywhere that had any in stock. "The staff are excellent here and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only bug bear was that we didn't understand that use if the spa comes at an extra cost. It was hugely disappointing as we hadn't booked to go into the spa and we're advised we were very lucky to get in. I'm not sure spending another £50.00 on top of the room was "lucky" for a fairly basic spa.The booking company needs to make sure people know the spa isn't included."
