"We had a wonderful stay! The views are spectacular. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed using the wellness spa.
We walked over to the E bike rental place and we had a wonderful day biking all around the valley."
"First hostel stay so I was a bit anxious of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised!
The public bus from St. Moritz Bahnhof stopped right in front to the hostel. 😊😊😊
The rooms were large and clean, daily breakfast was good. Because we stayed 2 nights, we got free tickets to gondola to go up Mt. Diavolezza - huge savings for 6 people traveling.
Just note - we were asked to strip the bed of all linens. Didn’t mind it but was surprised."
"Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, especially if you weren’t a local. Customer service was far below what I would expect from a hospitality business.
The hotel was filled with construction workers, which made it feel more like a worksite than a vacation destination. There was none of the calm, relaxing, or luxurious atmosphere that was advertised.
The room itself was not clean. The bed had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet was extremely dirty. The elevator was also incredibly small—barely large enough for two people with luggage—which made moving around the hotel inconvenient.
Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again."
"Far from the train station and not so easy to find at the other end of town. They try to make the place look really nice and mostly succeed, especially if you don't take the stairs instead of the elevator. Very impressive breakfast buffet as opposed to the very pricey dinner one. Uneven service from the staff."
