"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. "Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le seul bémol c'est que nous n'étions là que pour une nuit ! La chambre était belle et propre, le matelas extrêmement confortable et notre hôte était au petit soin pour nous. Et point bonus pour le petit déjeuner délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

"We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!"
