On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. "No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. "

"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...

"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

"Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. "
