"This property needs a good makeover- dated, dirty, very substandard, the electrical outlets are loose, a/c very noisy and dusty. Bathroom is dirty- needs a good scrubbing and disinfection. The location is excellent though just off the main road a few steps to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Staff are ok- wished they are friendlier and more pleasant."

"We love this hotel chain because of the room size and design. The kitchen is a wonderful benefit! Coffee in a real china mug is a treat and an actual fridge to keep our beverages in was a real plus. The room clean and large enough to feel like we weren't crammed in a hotel room. We didn't use the pool, but we really enjoyed the healthy breakfast options on the breakfast bar. The staff was cheerful and helped me transfer my points to my Honors programs. A good experience all around."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. There was a communication mix up with the night staff and morning staff. We needed to switch rooms and it was not recognized and communicated. We had to pay for an additional room for one night. It was not an expense had planned for. The hotel is older but reasonably clean and maintained. The location is good with stores and restaurants in a few miles walkable if you’re moderately healthy."
