Superb hotel, can’t wait to stay again! Quirky fun decor with luxury extras in room and bathroom inc eco toiletries. Only negative was check in from booking online can take up to 2 hrs so I was left in reception (shattered with a disability) until 11.30pm awaiting the room to drop onto the system ...

Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night. The gym was week equiped and clean
