"Großzügiges Apartment in großartiger zentraler Lage in der Altstadt! Die Vermieterin bzw. Managerin Rossana war nicht nur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern war auch außerhalb der persönlichen Begegnung immer per WhatsApp erreichbar, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und uns vor dem Rückflug einen sehr günstigen und zuverlässigen Flughafentransfer organisiert, als wir merkten, wie schwierig es in Palermo sein kann, ein reguläres Taxi zu bekommen. Sie hat wirklich viel, viel Dank verdient!"

"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. "This B&B is dead center in the middle of the heart of Palermo, literally in the same block as Quattro Canti square. It is nicely appointed and the breakfast is served on the roof top which provides an amazing view of the square and fountain in front of it. Breakfast was quite nice with a selection of fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, small sausages, coffee & juices. Lots of restaurants nearby. We were very satisfied with our choice & stay here."

Das Frühstück im Café nebenan war allerdings nicht so ganz toll. Es war zwar alles im Preis inklusive und der Palazzo spart sich einen eigenen Frühstücksbereich indem man das Outsourct.
Im Café ist bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals noch Luft nach oben"

"Det ligger jättefint på en sidogata, vi fick bra hjälp med incheckning, första upplevelsen ett jättemysigt ställe, men sängarna väldigt obekväma, vårt badrum låg en trappa ner, och i badrummet var det en konstig lukt, luktade mögel. "Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back. "
