"One of the better hotels I've stayed in! Location was perfect, within walking distance of Millennium Park, the river, lots of eateries and shopping centers. Staff was friendly as well as very attentive to any guest from the second I arrived at the property to the second I left. "

"I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. Multiple essential services were not working properly, which significantly impacted my experience. The phone signal and WiFi in the room were extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected. The cable service in the room also did not work at all. Additionally, I was unable to access the Skydeck because it was down for maintenance, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. Parking was also unexpectedly expensive at $100 per night, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. On top of that, I was informed that WiFi would be complimentary as a Marriott member, yet I was still charged $10 per night. What was most frustrating, however, was the lack of support from the staff. Despite raising these concerns, there was little to no effort made to resolve the issues or offer any form of accommodation. Given the number of inconveniences and the lack of resolution during my stay, I would appreciate a review of these charges and appropriate compensation."

A special thanks to Fredy at the front desk during check-in—check out he was outstanding, very welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
