"La habitación tiene buen tamaño al igual que el baño. Muy limpios los 2. Ubicado a 2 cuadras de la Estación Central y a una cuadra de la calle de las mejores tiendas y comercios. El desayuno buffet es excelente y ofrece una buena variedad. La atención y los detalles desde que llegas, te hace sentir bienvenido. 100 por ciento recomendable este hotel. Volvería con mucho gusto."

"Unique property in a former jail. We stayed in the Hotel Nozomi portion. Quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, very clean. Everything in the room (Nozomi 3) seemed new and is in great condition. Breakfast was included and there were a lot of choices (granola, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, etc). A supermarket is across the street. Walkable from the train station. Take water with you as restaurants charge for tap water. We would definitely stay again."

"Walkable but convenient to the bus stop and the hotel provides a bus pass! Great Mountain View’s along with lovely landscaping. Breakfast buffet nice but not varied so by day 4 we were bored of choices. Had to have a fan brought to room as AC was inadequate except in the hallway which was really cold. Would definitely stay here again though!!!"

"We had a really positive stay here! The staff provided exceptional customer service so friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and simple, with two fans provided, though it still got a bit warm at night. The TV wasn’t working, but we didn’t end up needing it. Breakfast was enjoyable and so tasty with lot of options available, and the location and steps to old town and the famous bridge it was just excellent with shops, train station and attractions nearby. Overall, an amazing hotel...

"vue imprenable sur le lac et Lucerne, hotel très calme. Par contre aucun paravent dans la salle de bain et donc aucune intimité? pas de bon gout et surprenant ! Un bémol : le parking est payant , 15 chf par jour. Cela est inacceptable pour un tel hôtel , vu le prix des chambres "
