"Staff were nice. Property is dated and rooms are okay. Plenty of parking while I was there. The restaurant on property, Black Olive, is not part of the hotel. Food not as good as when I was there around a year ago. Overall my stay was good. I will be back."

Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
