When we did stay it was a very hot weekend where the room was hot, would of been nice if there was a fan in the room that we could of used. Free parking which is an added bonus. Sykes Cottages trying to scam us out of money for property damage that is unreasonable and without evidence. "Return guest. Perfect for our needs, location spot on. Breakfast lovely, but Sunday was a little short on items, not up to usual standard. No plates available. so maybe a new staff member not used to breakfast service??? Room large, clean and comfy. In room drinks great, large cups, and if you run out go to restaurant and pick up more. No complaints. Bathroom standard fare, shower HOT and powerful, smallest gripe was temperature was tricky to select, small movement could have big change, but once set it was wonderful. "
