"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and pleased to have a shower and a bath. Lovely products in the bathroom. It was a shame that the hotel was being refurbished and all the rooms with a sea view were not available but I am sure it will be good when it has been done. "

"The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and warm. We ate a meal in the dining room on one evening and chose the belly pork, this was very nice but we expected more than one very small potato, 2 small slices of carrot and a small piece of broccoli, sadly lacking in veg, the jus to accompany it was lovely, we also had the rhubarb pannecotta and the coconut rice pudding, both were very nice. we didnt find the staff to be friendly in the dining room as neither smiled once, or made any effort to make us feel welcome. The other staff including the domestic side,reception etc were all friendly and welcoming. overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Everything about the Hotel was faultless and weee have no complaints whatsoever. Breakfast was the best we have ever had during all our travels and we were given an upgrade as it was our 40th wedding anniversary. One of the staff who deserves a mention is Starr who was at reception and was extremely helpful on numerous occasions. Well done Starr. Love the hotel and will revisit. "

"Very enjoyable stay. Good gluten free options available for breakfast. All buffet breakfast food items were hot. Spa facilities really enjoyable. Great, central location. Convenient for all transport links."
