"The area is well-lit, hotel was clean, carpets, bathroom were clean. Angel at the front desk is a gem! He should be a fixture at the hotel. Only complaint was the AC would sometimes be so loud, it'd wake you up at night."

"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"The area is not very nice. I booked a non smoking room, and the room I got smelled like somebody had been smoking there. The smell was terrible! I booked for two nights but only stayed one night and canceled the second. There were a lot of people around the stairs and parking lot, talking and smoking. I did not feel safe."

"The hotel was good and cleaned the staff very friendly. They just did not have any Wi-Fi services available at all and I needed that for my job that I was there for so I had to go somewhere to use Internet."

"Staff was excellent. The rooms have some upgrades but it is clean for an affordable overnight stay. However, I was in a supposedly non smoking room but it previously had a smoker in it andvthe bedspread had the evidence. If asthetics are important and you can't handle well used fabrics it might not be for you. Vanity was nice, bed was comfortable but drapes spread and bathroom ceiling needed care. Staff was absolutely amazing.New floors but craftsmanship for edging lacking talent."

"The hall carpet was torn and terribly stained. The room flooring was stained as well. We couldn't get past the stains to say whether or not the room was clean. Breakfast was minimal."

"Upon checkin ( after a very rainy stormy drive) I asked for a luggage cart to try to bring in my stuff. The man at the desk said he had no access to one. So now I knew I had to make multiple trips out to the car in a terrible storm to try to get my luggage and bags. I am a senior citizen and he made no attempt to try to help me . as a result when I got my luggage out of the car, my luggage tipped over and fell in a puddle and when I tried to stop it from falling into a puddle, I fell in the...
