"I did not like that I Paid for a room with 2 beds and got a room with one bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and my family and I had to wait until the next day to get the right room. That was a big turn off. I love breakfast, always good."

"My family and I spent one night over our 4 day adventure in Portland. Our first time experiencing an eco-tourism type of accommodation. It was amazing. We stayed in the Fig Tree hut and all I can say is it is the best room of the house. They are undergoing some renovation but no disruption to our stay. The front desk staff, Tania was pleasant and accommodating with a late checkout. She even took it upon herself to verify if we wanted to place a dinner order to the kitchen prior to...

"I was surprised, the place looks like what you see on the pictures however, there weren’t a lot of persons on the property, no front desk staff. Which was unusual for me, none the less they were responsive via WhatsApp and if I had any issues the problems were attended to."
