"Situated on an amazing island and in a beautiful national park; but resort looks a bit tired and in need of a good clean and spruce up. Beach cabin room was lovely right on the beach but no bedside lamps or low lighting. Main restaurant food was good but pricey; Foxy’s bar / casual eatery was great with awesome views - our fave spot. Overall a good experience in an amazing natural environment but could have been better with some small improvements."

"Welcoming staff were really friendly and helped out about directions to different buildings. However, room service was terrible. iPad menu in the room went blank, so had to order room service by phone and waited more than an hour. Eventually we had to cancel it because it was running too late and we had to go out. Booked 2 bedroom suites, the carpet in the living room smells really bad and been allergic throughout the stay. "We were unfortunately late for check-in and went to the bar as directed by the sign. First person wasn't overly helpful as we weren't sent a code however another staff member was able to help us and give us access to our room and provide information, offer drinks, food even though it was close to kitchen closing time. Rest of stay, staff were friendly, room had a view of the beach but parking was limited and had to park in vacant block across the road because there was not marked parking and...
