"Excellent stay. Staff were superb along with the food and drink on offer. Maybe some healthier options would be a suggestion, plus the heating was constantly on full through the building. Money saving opportunity here. Definitely recommend."

"Run away from the "KIng William" room 109 and Expedia. The shower controls were not working. The on/off control was not working so as you turned it, it went from off to trickle to off and anywhere in between. The hot cold went from cold to maybe warm, to off to trickle. What the heck. The second night I was allowed to go to room 106 so that I could take a better shower... newer controls but no hot water at all. On to room 105 with a working shower. If we had booked the place ourselves,...

"The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."
