A beautiful resort. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. Beach was clean and safe. Sundowners watching the sunset each evening were fab. We played padel and tennis. I would recommend that you reduce the padel price for guests who have their own rackets and balls which we did. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.

Perfect hotel and beach

Great villa and staff. The beach is fantastic and a good choice of restaurants. Nothing is cheap in Mauritius but similar to other Indian Ocean or top Caribbean resorts.

Lovely beach hotel

Lovely hotel and a great beach. Stayed in a tropical junior suite and it’s spacious enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom is great and there is also an outside shower. Breakfast is varied and the area is kept spotless (such an improvement compared to Constance Belle Mare). We had dinner at Caravelle and Blue Ginger, all very nice. Lunch was at La Plage and it’s good. Beach service is efficient. Would come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber and wholeheartedly recommend this resort. As a first-time mom traveling overseas with my baby, I was initially nervous about whether we’d be able to enjoy the trip. However, this resort made everything so much easier right from our arrival. All of our luggage was delivered directly to our room by golf cart, and since they already knew we were traveling with a baby, the room was thoughtfully prepared with a crib, changing table, baby bathtub, and even a complimentary toy placed on the bed. We were also provided with freshly cooked baby food purees on request—of any ingredients we wanted, depending on availability. What impressed us most was the flexibility: whether we were at the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, or in our room, they were happy to bring the food wherever we needed it. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, often stopping by to play with our son or check if we needed anything. One evening, they even surprised us with a cake and drinks to celebrate our anniversary—such a thoughtful gesture! Before our departure, we faced a long 16-hour night flight and asked for a late check-out. Although it’s subject to availability, the team made a real effort to accommodate us. Outstanding Service

Best location on the island. From the second you arrive the staff go above and beyond, not just the odd staff memeber but every one of them. I could name many but outstanding were Veeshal, Dave, Davi, Sanjeev & Curty

Truly stunning hotel with beautiful rooms, an outdoor shower which I loved, great facilities, including a fantastic gym with all the equipment you’d expect, lots of complimentary watersports like SUP, waterskiing, windsurfing, etc. The food average and I didn’t like the à la carte restaurant reservation system as it always seemed to be fully booked out.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for organising our anniversary dinner in La Carvelle restaurant and to Pravest for waiting on us that evening. Roshan the driver for being an amazing guide for the day. Then there were Yasmin, Sanjay, Dasmuth, Jocelyn and Busgeet (hope I haven’t missed anyone) at the beach bar who were so cheerful and looked after us so well. Thank you to all other staff - too many to mention but you were amazing.
