"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"An absolutely stunning place right on the ocean with your own private little beach and private pool. The host was absolutely lovely and did everything to ensure our stay was great. "Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. "Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. "My husband and 2 other couples joined me at this condo for my last night in Mauritius . We had a Bq and played music at a reasonable volume until 10:30pm no where in the rules did it say music was not allowed in the morning my husband who is black was yelled at by the downstairs neighbor who called him an animal and called him a dog and said he was not welcome at the property the woman wax white and in her 80’s she called the property managed who called me asked me to come back to the property...

"nous n’avons pas eu la maison en bord de mer mais celle côté rue. Évidemment tout était complet donc nous avons dû nous contenter de la maison avec vu sur le toit du voisin. Lorsque j’ai réservé à aucun moment on nous parle de cette maison derrière l’es maison au bord de l’eau! Surtout que le prix est le même ! "
