Check-In war sehr easy, alles auf Englisch geklärt. Man bekommt für die Zimmertür und für die Schranke für das kostenlose parken (vorne und hinten vom Gelände) jeweils eine PIN-Nummer. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen, da wir in Nancy-City frühstücken wollten - war aber im Hotel relativ günstig. ...

Je n'apprécie pas particulièrement que l'on me demande mon numéro de carte en clair et par une personne pour garantie. Normalement, le sytème est capable de prendre une empreinte par le boitier et de façon cryptée afin qu'aucun employé Novotel ne puisse utiliser les données de ma carte... de mauvaises ...
