"Hallways stink, but the rooms are nice enough"

"We had a wonderful time and loved our stay. Great atmosphere, food and service. Beer is reasonably priced too."

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"Let's start with the location. It's conveniently located right off highway 84 which is very easy to get around with plenty of fast food chains right next door. The bad things with this motel 6 are the location and the super thin walls. There's an active train track within 75 feet of the rear rooms. You can hear and feel every train that goes by. The train traffic is very busy all night and early morning. It vibrates the bed and shakes the fixtures in the room. I have no idea how anyone can...

"Uninhabitable room due to a strong mildew odor. We attempted to stay for an hour to see if the air conditioning or an open window would help, but the smell was overwhelming. The front desk's lack of concern was the most disappointing part; they simply said 'ok' when we explained why we were leaving. Very poor service and room quality."

"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean. Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."

"The breakfast was terrible, the worst eggs I have ever had in my life. I had to leave a day early and even though when I checked out a credit was applied to my bill the hotel manager reversed it so he decided that he wouldn’t allow a credit with no explanation. So between the terrible breakfast and lack of customer satisfaction not allowing a credit I will never stay there again."

"Stuff made us feel unwelcome. The booking offered breakfast. They don’t have breakfast. They give us a Boucher to o the restaurant next door. 15 dollars. Bad smell like old. Does not look like the pictures. Terrible experience."

"The front desk guy had his feet upon the desk and did not stand up til the very last minute to deal with us. He was not friendly at all. The room was fine. When we checked out the next morning a different guy was out on the couch in the lobby. He said we were good to go then asked my husband if he had a cigarette. Not professional at all."

"My husband and I have stayed here many, many times. I had to come to PDX because my daughter is in ICU. I called last Thursday and explained my situation. At noon, on 4/24 my room was all ready. Check in was super quick. I was supposed to leave on 5/1 but needed to stay longer. The hotel was booked for the weekend! Joe, the manager, told me to wait a day. Someone canceled and he was able to keep me my same room. Everyone is very helpful 🙂 The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job."
