"The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge."

"Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. "It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Great location in the centre of Bath close to shops and restaurants. Newly refurbished with great facilities such as fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Though, issues with entrance and door locks. Room door very fiddly and got locked in a few times. All doors difficult to operate. For this reason, we wouldn’t stay at this property again."

"The apartment is exceptional but very expensive for what you get. There sofa is not big enough for four people. The main problem are the windows at the front of the property facing the main road.
